It sounds like you were having some serious "die off" symptoms...Where you drink much water before, after and during zapping? That can help make the symptoms lighter. I can see why you would stop zapping out of fear but I think you might be allowing the illness to reconstitute itself...once you started zapping there was a fight going on in your body as the things that are not supposed to be there were being cleared out.
