Yes it's strange that so many zapper sites have quit selling them. I think perhaps the zappers with pad terminals (e.g. pennies) are less effective as they are only a few inches apart, so the current might not reach the entire body. Three sites I am aware of that are still alive are Zapperplans.com, Ultimate Zapper (zap.intergate.ca), and ParaZapper (paradevices.com). The little unit from zapperplans works pretty well and is the cheapest.

If you want a magnetic boost, you might check out the pinky-rings from http://www.alexchiu.com/ -- I don't think they bring "eternal life", but they seem to help. I used to have a pair (electrical tape and neo magnets) until I lost them.
