I guess that you mean no published research. We have done research and have found certain frequencies that are much better but while I am generous, I am not giving away everything that we have spent thousands learning.

This is mainly because you have not bothered to try. I can tell you that it is not just hype or marketing. I tried it because another site had made the statement. I am so convinced that if I had to choose just one frequency, it would be below 2700 Hz. If I made a single frequency zapper, I could sell it a lot cheaper. Cheapness is not a very good attribute. What most people want is quality, reliability, and results.
Also, the other claims that I have made regarding improvements are valid and are not just marketing or hype.
As a suggestion, open up your cheap little $10 zapper and change the resistor to set it at 2500 Hz. You will feel and notice a difference. Even if you do not, others will.
I feel that you are spending a lot of time misguiding a lot of people because of what you do not know. Not being critical, but observant. At least try something before leading someone down a different path. I have never thought that it was very good to have inexperienced people trying to advise others.
Try using larger electrodes with salt water soaked paper towels.
Try using the 4 point electrode system that we promote.
