I have to agree, "100% effective" is overstating it for anything I've come across. The zapper might kill all KINDS of pathogens, but there's still a few [billions] that hide inside cells, in organs, etc. that it simply cannot get, so you get reinfected every few hours. It's not a substitute for a good immune system. Reducing the number of them the body has to deal with is good. As long as the same toxins keep assaulting the immune system, they can always reinfect.
