She's correct that a 9 volt battery can be dangerous, but in order for a Stun Gun to work, it needs to be converted through 2 transformers in order to up the voltage to 200,000 volts, a capacitor to hold the charge prior to release, and only at 3mah, to incapacitate someone. It's amazing what you can find on the web...isn't it.
