I tried the castor oil packs you mention and it only aggrevated my problems. I had no luck with them at all. I don't believe the castor oil can soften and remove gallstones, at least it didn't for me. The Liver Flush was very successful for me after using Gold Coin Grass to soften the gallstones. And I found that it is a good idea to cleanse the kidneys at the same time. Everything I have read says that you should treat the liver and kidneys at the same time.
