Before I begin ,I have to tell you that I sell this stuff, & thats how I get to know the results. You may straight away disapprove of my posting & choose not to read on . That is your choice.
Mangosteen Juice contains 43 Xanthones (now identified).
Xanthones are the most potent of natural anti-inflammatories known to man & some of those found in the mangosteen even include Cox1 & Cox 2 inhibitors.(pain reducers). Together with the fact that these xanthones & other phytonutrients found in the mangosteen are antibacterial, antifungal, & to a lesser degree antiviral certainly creates a force to be reckoned with.

If that isnt enough, mangosteen has a very high Oxygen Radical absorbance Capacity ORAC reading, which puts it well above fruits like cranberry, blueberry, cherry etc.
Because of all these plusses & possibly more not yet identified we are getting great results with psoriasis, exzema, & other forms of dermatitis including fungal nail infections. Here is a Mangosteen experience from one of our customers.

Our youngest child suffered from eczema since his infancy. We had spoken to many doctors who said there was no cure, but that we should try to modify his diet, give him Epsom Salts or oatmeal baths & rub him with Vaseline.
