Hi
New to this and don't know where to start. What sort of zapper should I get (I also have teeth and gum problems. I can't afford the expensive ones and am in the UK). Also what cleanse to start with and are there only capsules - I can't seem to swallow them so usually have to chew things or take them in a tea. I have The Cure For All Diseases that I am working through but am just a bit confused/overwhelmed and not knowing where to start!! I REALLY need to get my gums sorted YESTURDAY as teeth are getting loose and I am REALLY feeling scared - plus I am really phobic about dentists in a HUGE way. I do know a really nice one but he is very 'normal' in that one should take Antibiotics etc.

PLEASE help me get started in the right direction
