HI there - I suffer from EXACTLY the pin holes that you describe - all over my hands. I've been using steriods for over 20 years and it will not stop.

HOWEVER - recently my Uncle (hallo aunty!) who is a bit of a hippy has persuaded me to rub chamomile into my hands (for about 5 mins). You soak the chamomile (I buy it dried from health food store - not tea bags but real flower heads) in hot water for 5 mins then bathe your hands in that mixture rubbing the flowers into your skin.

It exfoliates - stops the itching and is so healing. It's nature's wonderdrug (also stops toothache too!).
Has really helped me, give it a go...........
