Speaking of hydrogenated fats, I have a problem ..........now I have tried to find an alternative for them at Wholefoods, a few different cookies, but nothing compares to an Oreo....oh oh who's that flusher with the oreo cookie....ahahahaha......Not that I eat them daily or anything but when I do have occassion to them....I eat a good dozen of them with coffee....oh you talk about naughty. Anyhow, I do miss my Oreo cookies and if I can ever find an alternative to them I will give them up because I know they do cause me trouble. To eat or not to eat, that is the question for me....and quite frankly I have given so much to my diet in my life that I would just like to once in my life splurge like normal people do.....*sigh*
