You have a good point... But one thing I've learned is you have to be careful. There are good bacteria and parasites. If you blow everything away, like I tried to do, then it takes a while to restore the gut back to a natural state. So if you ZAP, make sure to eat yougart and take pro-biotics the entire time. Good bacteria fights yeast and helps us to absorb nutrients, so be sure to replace the good of what you ZAP. :)
