I too have zapped on the head, with a Terminator, mostly as an experiment. Until I get quite a bit balder, the forehead and the cheeks are about the only place where the effects are noticably felt, but the skin here is also more sensitive and can only take a few minutes at a time, so this probably reduces the magnet danger; not sure what 2Tuff's "dc" warning may pertain to except perhaps a potential for disruption of the tiny DC signals used throughout the body especially in the head.

Interesting aspect about zapping right in the middle of the forehead, in approximate alignment with the 'third-eye' - whether the eyes remain open or closed, this produces a rather entertaining visual image, to the extent that a fuzzy wave pattern about the frequency of the zapper can be perceived.
