I didn't receive is scat.

Lugol's can be taken at anytime. It settles bad digestion caused by contaminated fast foods and etc. It's almost miraculous.
Must use ONLY 6 drops [less for children] at a time. Be sparing because it does have the skull/crossbones on the label.

Please email me again. I want to share something with you which is easier to get, cheaper to buy and just as effective as Lugol's.
