Oh yes, I just remembered I sometimes add dates, prunes, or raisins. You can also flavor it with carob or chocolate and shredded coconut. Mmm, I think tomorrow it will be oats with coconut oil, coconut, and coconut milk with cocoa added, and sweetened with xylitol.
