Yes, it is probably the herxheimer effect. It is a die-off of too many pathogens and baddies into the blood for the body to handle effeciently. There is a product at toolsforhealing.com and probably some other places also. This is the only product I've seen that says it may help but you should do a google search on how to avoid the herxheimer.
