I am putting my 11 year old daughter on a cancer diet. NO meat, sugar, processed foods, dairy, yeast etc. Any suggestions for recipes. We were mainly meat eaters. I have vowed to go on the diet with her (I don't have cancer but she does). Can we heat veggies? or do we have to eat them raw? Is there anything we can have besides fruits and veggies?
