i am not a real choc person, but my son is!!
in fact he has been bugging me to do something with the carob i have here that i bought from an organic website.

i have all these ingredients, so i will corral him, maybe tomorrow to try out this recipe..

i was wondering also how it might taste with almonds?

he has a bag of shelled almonds he wants to do something with..

this maybe the ticket 8)
