Targetted with Micro-Wave weaponry! Although getting older Ssali was a STRONG, HEALTHY and a POWERFUL man. This would not have happened with his knowledge. If you are personally targeted by Mi6,NSA etc then a constant flow of Microwaves could NEVER be defeated unless a shield of ORgonite etc was used or a constant Faraday cage (impossible).
