Hi,
Does anyone know the quantities and ingredients for making your own Carob Chips, the only ones I can find that are unsweetened seem to all have hydrogenated fats in them palm kernal oil to boot which is one of the worst... I want to make them healthy with stevia instead of Sugar and maybe canola oil, skim milk powder and lecithin ... any one else try this or have a recipe ??
