Thank you for sending me the link to Julia Chang's most interesting site.

You are right: although I probably cannot yet tolerate a full liver or kidney flush (and my instinct is telling me to not even try until I've used the ABPA for a few weeks), I CAN take plenty of small steps to prepare my body for the flush. I don't know why I hadn't thought to do this. Brilliant!

I've bookmarked Chang's site and will read it at my leisure today or tomorrow. I am sure I will be able to implement some of her suggestions.
