Sorry accidently sent recipe before finishing.

Add 1 tablespoon flax seeds (ground) to above recipe.
Mix ingredients together and allow to sit for 5 mins before cooking.

You can spice them up as you desire. I love adding some vanilla, cinnamon, Sugar sub, blueberries, etc. Top with maple syrup.
