I have had eczema for 15 years which while not as bad as yours has started atrophying the muscle. It was so bad a couple of years ago I was hospitalized for a couple of weeks with it.

The other advice you have received is more comprehensive than mine but I just wanted to say I have had a very noticeable improvement in a couple of weeks by putting organic coconut oil on it.

The lumps are going down and the skin is healing.
