I take my soup to work in a wide-neck flask. Sure beats a lousy sandwich when you're hungry.

I did find a recipe for Vietnamese Soup:



I am going to try it with Buckwheat noodles and chicken (cooked). I love the idea of Basil and Mungbeans thrown in at the last minute.
