Hi Ladies,
Pumpkin seed oil is recomended for prevention of prostate cancer, also. It should be cold press. I use it on my salads everyday.
It showed up in North America 2-3 years ago. I am in Canada and we got it advertised heavily then. It tastes great, use it.
