Would one of these Fscan or Rife machines diagnose why my brother and I keep getting infected teeth?

We've been getting our root canals and crowns in Tijuana. Anybody there doing this scan type of thing? We both have another tooth bothering us. Also a friend of my brother's has Hepatitis C. Would the Fscan be able to do anything for the Hep C virus?

A quick response would be appreciated as we will be heading down to Tijuana within the next few weeks. My brother has several bad teeth and is at the point of just getting them all out. Thanks
