Hi, Everybody!

My son is having his first birthday soon. Since I quited using Sugar in my cooking I don't know what shall I do about his first birthday cake :-(

Can somebody share with me some recipy for making simple and nice cake with little Sugar or maple sirup, or something like that, something safe for a 1 year old baby. Pleeeease...
