Hi,
I always make my own yogurt and kefir and it taste sooooogood, my family eat the yogert and I have the kefir(they don't like the kefir) Kefir is even better for you then yogurt.
I always make the kefir with powdered skim milk and the yogurt with whole milk and it turn out beautiful.
Do you know you can make a new batch with a little of the old batch?
