i love chocolate, your link only reinforces my belief that my body has a built in intuition of what is good for me and what is not. i've eaten dark chocolate all my life...during pms, for headaches, and when i've been sick.
i love it with tea, with oranges, mint, and dark cocoa pure powder for hot chocolate. i hate the sugar/starch/hydrogynated oil crap out on the market being passed off as chocolate and giving chocolate a bad rep!
