I just finished my first bottle of organic Kefir and love it. I add just a touch of B grade maple syrup. I listened to a program on public radio many months back where an Indian woman was discussing making one's own yogurt and kept talking as though homemade yogurt was ALWAYS in the house...like how could you not have good quality yogurt from which to make new yogurt? She didn't quite understand the hosts repeated questions...
