I am considering going on a fast. My concern is that I am allergic to most raw vegetables and fruits. For instance, apples, pears, carrots, celery, cabbage, etc. Once these things are cooked then I can eat them with no problems. If I eat them raw I will break out in hives. I really want to use a juicer and fast with vegetables. What is your suggestion for fasting for someone who has food allergies ?
