I'm new to this site and was dissappointed to find that no one had answered the question: Can I use only psyllium to cleanse? Has anyone lost mucoid plaque using just psyllium?

Money is tight and I won't be able to afford one of the more expensive Colon Cleanse systems for a while. Any thoughts?
