umm i meant to apply teh oil between your sessions to help heal the rash youhave..
i think the showers etc dry skin brushing first and then dry off goo dbefore zappign might help release skintoxins

good luck ..i know i am hard to understand.. i tyrto write better bu tit always tiem sout if i do.. so this is good practice fo rme to write fast but continually challenge myself to try to focus on correct spelling.. seems liek i get better as each week goes by in smallincremetns.. oen day i will pos threre perfectly !!!
