I tried one colonic a long time ago. Didn't seem to do much, but maybe that's what was wrong: I only had one.
I had a long bout with candida and DID change my diet. It made
an enormous difference after almost a year (although it began to make a difference within 4 to 5 weeks.)
Just the past few days ago I went on a three day fast of eating nothing but apples, drinking lots of water, having ground psyllium and some bentonite. I was astonished when, the day after the fast, I expelled mucoid plaque.
I'm now wondering if having some colonics wouldn't make a big difference after all....
