I would recommend you do a 3 day fast with water only. Then continue the fast with water, fruits, and vegetables as long as possible until you cure your problem. I just did a 3 day fast and now i'm eating fruits and vegetables. My bowel feels so clean. Basically, the toxins are excreted and now i'm only allowing good vitamins to come in.
