hi experts
i am trying to do the ultimate cleanse, and i wanted to know more about acidophilus. i read the message by ptree, but i was not clear on when to include the acidophilus. do i do it DURING the ulitmate cleanse in between doing the b&p shakes, or
do i do the acidophilus after i have completed the 8day fast, and several additional weeks or more of the b& p shakes?

also, can i do a whole body detox drops while doing the ultimate cleanse?
