I'm responding to the question of taking psyllium husk powder in capsules. I've tried both. I think that the capsules work equally well. But that they seemed more expensive. And I had to take so many - like 6 or so each time? (I don't recall the quantity.) That I ended up preferring using the powder in a drink. once I got used to the fact that it tastes like cardboard. I just expell my breath and drink it quickly and I don't mind it.

I don't mix the Bentonite clay in it. I take the clay by Tablespoon right afterwards. I find that quite easy. I've been using Sonne's clay. It is quite tastelss and not offensive to me.
