FYI -- I'm drinking a ton of water and am really having no problem with the B&P shakes. Maybe my system is naturally lubricated or something (I've always had a couple BMs per day). But if I get clogged up I'll definitely be chokiing down some salt water because I know that will push it out. And I'm thinking I need to do a swf at the end anyway to get into all the pockets and really clean it out. I'll let you all know.
