I haven't attempted the enema yet -- and I absolutely abhor the Sea Salt flush (but I'm thinking about doing it in a juice). This is basically a big test to see if I can achieve the detoxifying success of what I've been reading on these sites and determine whether or not I want to do more of these types of things. After seeing that stufff come out, I have to say I'd like to do a spa for a week somewhere and do a really intense cleanse. Also looking forward to trying the liver flush.

I've been doing 5 Bentonite with juice and 5 psyillium with water each day. I really do believe that you can only be effective with these if you don't have any food in your system -- but it could also be the fact that I've been doing P&Bs for a couple weeks now. But I find it coincidental that mucoid plaque came out on second day of fast with P&Bs -- must be the way to go!

One thing I don't understand about mucoid plaque -- it's all knobbly like it has been molded by the lining of your tract -- does the intestines really have all those various folds and pockets?
