Just tell them what you're doing. You're doing a fast/cleanse detox to clean out your system and make sure everything is running smoothly. Say it offhand like it's something that everyone should know and do (which is true!) and they'll probably not bat an eye -- or want info on how to do it themselves! Hell, you could be a trendsetter there!
