I had been following Dr. Schulze 's Intestinal Formula #2 5x day program. And then I went to psyllium (3 tablespoons 4-5 times day) and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. Maybe I'm naturally watery or something ;-)

Anyway, if I run into trouble, I'll cut it back. But there's mucoid plaque and critters to scrape away and I'm not holding back! Onward!!

Just wanted to make sure having additional water wouldn't mess with the cleansing action of the lemonade/syrup/cayenne concoction.
