Thanks for turning us on to that article about mental side effects and the thread that followed. I only wish I had the time to set aside and appreciate the detox process while I was going through it! What I put off as PMS or a 'bad day' was in fact something more profound that I dismissed in the harried day to day life we all lead. Here's an idea for some enterprising soul: a retreat where folks can go to cleanse, like in the Berkshires or in Arizona (or both). Wouldn't it be great to have the time to appreciate what happens during a cleanse, and to have aplace of support in which to do it?
