You've had quite the go-round this go-round! You've dealt with it determinedly and you continue to face it bravely. I applaud you, for I know how difficult it can be, and yet, paradoxically enough, it takes MORE energy to fight it than it does to go with it, as I believe you well know - viscerally or otherwise.

Bless it, if you can, and if you can't, then fake it - and you'll mean it soon enough. Because you will bless it eventually you know - I can hear it in your voice: "..all I want to do is cry. Knowing that this is part of the cleansing process makes it so much easier to deal with." When it's past and gone, you'll look back and be thankful for all the depression, the purging, the crying - because by then you'll understand it completely. In the present, look to the future and bring that knowledge to you in the "now".
