I have just finished my second MC, and it was completely different from my first one. On the first one I had lots of headaches and joint pains, and strange food cravings. Aftr the sixth day, I had more energy, a sense of well being, my skin looked clear and smooth,all in all a great experience. The second time I had very few aches and pains. I had huge mood swings, terrible spells of Depression and hoplessness, later replaces by peace and serenity. I only lost 10 pounds this time compared to 15 pounds the first time. This time my skin looks blotched and I had some breakouts (scary at my age).
Now I am on my third day after MC, and have done a liver flush, today I feel weak, tired and depressed. Yet I'm not worried because its all part of the detox process. We cleanse the whole body on MC, and our reactions will be different at different levels of cleansing. Try to accept each Master-Cleanse as a special experience, and don't worry about each one being different. I am planning on doing another Master-Cleanse at the end of October. I'm not ready to go beyond 10 or 12 days, but know I need more and deeper cleansing.
