Ay carumba. I never cease to amaze myself.

THANK YOU STACY for adding your succinct clarification to the "Single White Female" flush thread begun by Recpapi and then myself.

After I read your note, I ran my happy self downstairs and discovered I was flushing with.....iodized sea salt.

So am I cheating myself of results? Has my sodium level just shot through the roof? Am I going to die? (LOL) What are the repercussions (aside from having to go BACK to the health food store and buying something ELSE today...)?
