LOL Joanne - is your self talk working any better than mine? I'm trying to convince myself the SWF is a joyful reason to get out of bed because it tastes to wonderful, but what I notice is I procrastinate by doing misc. stuff around the kitchen!

I was just typing out a list of questions for you - when I realized you are doing the epsom salts for your liver flush. If you are NOT, and are still on the MC, please let me know. I have a bunch of Qs I want to ask.
