Hopinso: good idea on cloves in the gelcaps. Think I'll do that for the reason Squeaky mentioned - along with what I have, since I began that tonight. Then track down the one you mentioned, Recpapi, and do that one next after a short breather.

And hopinso - did you notice that one has pumpkin seed in it? It's the only one I've seen besides your home remedy that includes that. What specific purpose does the pumpkin seed provide, and how did you know to include it in your daily regimen?
