YES! IGNORE THE HUNGER AND KEEP GOING!!! I didn't ignor it and I soooo regret it now! DRink more lemonade!
I had a hard time keeping the swf down this morn too....the day before wasn't bad though...give it another try..maybe try to drink it more slowly?? I noticed this happened today to me and maybe it was cause I was trying to get it down faster than I did yesterday....just a though..
