hi. i never did the salt water flush/ i just used senna. teh smmoth move tea has it in it,
i used soem senna i have in capsules opened them up and mad emy own tea bag/ had on ein am and one at night... was so much easier and i stillhad "butt pee " but at elas ti coudl make it to b room with out havign to make a mad dash.
also i thne put my cayenne in teh cpasules and had oen with the drink/cause cayenne burns my lips an dmouth.

add more syrup to your drink if feelign weak i had toplay with the amout my self. also ar eyouamybe hypoglycemic?

all teh way down past teh recipe it gives a addition of amt to add of molasses if diabetic or hypogycemc.
