That is definitely NOT Too Much Information, as you will undoubtedly see once you start reading the older posts....hehe.

I don't think it's unrealistic to expect to lose a few pounds. You'll find that your cravings for junk food will diminish, or if you're really lucky, maybe even totally disappear! Give it time, and enjoy the cleanse - it's really a pleasure for some people. Good luck!
