Hi yall

Well I just started my Master-Cleanse today...at 5'4" and 195lbs, I'm wondering if this is really what it's made out to be. I defintely need to be detoxed and I'm hoping after I'm done w/my Master-Cleanse that I won't have my addiction to junk food. I'm hoping to lose a few lbs too, but is that realistic? I didnt do the Salt Water Wash last night b/c something really bugged my tummy last night and pretty much did the job (Tmi i'm sorry).

I'm just going to take it day by day but would like to do the minimum 10 days...
